Jerone J. Jones, Founder and Chief Executive Director serves as Master Lead Instructor boasting of a 16-year career founded in pragmatic Technology Security with a focus on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. His creative execution of tasks and holistic integration of new technologies positions him as an expert in cybersecurity services and effective technology trainer.
Jones has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. His strengths are in design, implementation, management and monitoring of network and security systems complemented by analytical, investigative problem solving, and troubleshooting talents. Jones has taught and lectured at the Navy Defense Acquisition University (Fort Belvoir, VA) and InfoSec Institute (Chicago, IL), teaching courses in Cyber Defense and Countermeasures, Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Analysis, Certified Ethical Hacking, and Computer Hacking Forensic Investigation. He currently holds a faculty position at Western Governors University in the College of Information Technology, with EC-Council University, and is a Cyber Instructor with the Department of Defense.
Jones is a resident of Baltimore, husband and father to one furry puppy. He has membership with the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Careers and Studies, the National Society for Black Engineers, the American Educational Research Association, and is an Apple Consultant. He sits on the board of JOS Technology Academy and the advisory board of You Artistry Collaborative, Inc.
Renée L. Rose provides consulting service in the areas of administrative/operational system management, business strategist/analysis, operational logistics and budgetary compliance, fostering corporate/philanthropic sponsorships and establishing rapport with investors.
Ms. Rose successfully founded and manages a lobbying business centered on her areas of expertise and operates as a power broker for critical stakeholders. She builds and nurtures public/private partnerships to strategically move innovative project initiatives toward successful outcomes. She has cultivated her wealth of experience and keen political insight by working closely with numerous and prominent elected officials, corporate executives, government and non-governmental organizations, and a host of other organizations and agencies.
With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Rose has engaged in government procurement management, public affairs, and both government and community relations. She was a senior executive administrator and assisted in the management and appropriation of over $1.2B with the State of Illinois’s human service delivery programs and contractual providers.
Ms. Rose has a Master of Arts degree from The University of Chicago – SSA, concentrating on Public Policy and has developed a unique perspective that improves both the bottom line and the quality of services for her clients. In September 2019, she founded Keyconcept Charities to promote interior design, graphic design, culinary arts, and arts/culture transformation. Its purpose is to unlock the doors to an emerging workforce while stimulating diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster the development of intercultural competence. Ms. Rose’s hobby is oil painting and traveling.

Evans functions as the targeting recruiter of talent and vendor procurement and management of JOSs budget and payroll. His focus is to the overall strategic and business goals of the organization and is one of the most experienced in facilitating solid procedural development while promoting team values. He executes sound business strategies to identify and drive productivity for the effectiveness of the team and demonstrates expert leadership while improving our operations.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Homeland Security, both from the University of Maryland and is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc.. Maurice is a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, married and the proud father of two children.
Prominent leader in the Arts and Education, as an advocate for nontraditional learning and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) initiatives. Mosley brings 23 years of experience in community development and civic leadership, and as leadership with JOS, she works to create new educational programming centered on workforce development and youth in disadvantaged communities.
She holds both a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Studies and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies, specializing in Higher Education Administration from Iowa State University, and is a doctoral candidate in Art Aesthetics and Philosophy at IDSVA. Her dissertation research is in the expansion of cybersecurity into the Arts through Hip-Hop. Unifying her worlds of art and education, Mosley established You Artistry Collaborative, a nonprofit organization working with youth and young adults, both nationally and internationally to train and prepare them for a more diverse skill set in the 21st century utilizing Hip-Hop Based Education as a platform.
She guest lectures at several institutions and presents at conferences on the Arts in support of diversifying the IT and cybersecurity industry. Mosley splits her residence between the US and Europe touring with her Blues band.
Highly decorated and retired military veteran providing expert technical leadership and consultation in cyber testing and evaluations. His military service was pivotal in the supervision and leadership of Soldiers, Department of the Army civilians, and defense contractors conducting independent tests and evaluation (T&E) of Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations (CO) capabilities at four fixed sites in Georgia, Virginia, and Maryland.
Graham’s transition to JOSs team is to create and nurture multi-disciplinary partnerships while leading the charge on training and development, performance management, and employee relations. He manages the transitioning of military veterans to civilian life through the DoD SkillBridge Program, instructing and networking them with new IT opportunities in the workforce. He also directs our Midwest and East coast partnership with Amazon’s AWS Re/Start Program to create cohorts and train on Cloud skills. Under his leadership, JOS continues to build strong relationships within the community and work diligently at improving its services for the advancement of the world’s IT talent.
Graham has a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from the American Public University, is a proud husband and father of three children.
Michael Sea brings to the JOS team his wealth of knowledge from corporate as IT compliance specialist and cybersecurity analytics executive. He has initiated a complete overhaul of production development and professional restructuring for all IT staff (i.e., data analysts, network & communications managers, and hardware/software specialists) and is charged with driving five key operating requirements – delivery/execution, project transparency and risk management, prioritization and planning, status/performance visibility & communications and performance metrics & management.
Sea provides executive leadership in leveraging IT-trends and cost-drivers, governance compliance, and undertakes short-term or long-term projects to address the changing technology environments through trend analysis. He brings with him past experience of managing new IT development and implementation with oversight of an annual IT budget of $220M and annual project/development budget in excess of $60M.
Sea has a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University and is a resident of Chicago where he overseas JOSs regional office.
Cook is a military veteran with experience in training and process improvement leadership. Over 15 years of experience in training and project development for military installations with a passion for developing employees, creating documentation, driving work process efficiencies, assessing risks, and talent acquisitions.
Five years of experience in sales team management, Cook defines program goals for individual projects related to client production and ensures the efficiency of staff, including all internal and external project contributors. She also brings her creative style and design skills to management within the creative, marketing or communications department to coordinate both internal JOS employees and external freelancers.
Cook attended Kennesaw State University, majoring in Art Education and is mom to a proud enlisted Army soldier. She spends her creative time painting, designing digital artwork and creating jewelry.
Alexiaa Jordan is our specialty expert of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC); her portfolio also includes DNS Security, Telecommunications Security and Election Security. She is a ICANN Fellow and a CNAS Shawn Brimley Next Generation National Security Fellow.
